- Stone fruit, and dankness
- Hint of warmth
- Limited availability
Brulo are a Scottish alcohol free brewery who specialise in juicy IPA’s. Their beers are well known in the alcohol-free community as having big, juicy flavours – be that from their core range, to the specials they have brewed. They even produce a stout that is somehow hop forward and juicy.
This special edition beer is a collab between nolo specialists – Mash Gang – and Croatian brewers The Garden Brewery. So with this beer we would be expecting those flavours to be at the front and hopefully see some of the other breweries influences too.
Initial Review
The beer pours a nice hazy straw colour it looks thick and juicy.
The aroma is big on stone fruit and there’s a bit of dankness in there too, with a great mouth feel that coats every area of your mouth. The flavours are big with stone fruits and a tropical vibe, even leaving a bit of a warmth which led me to think they’d put a bit of that Mash Gang signature chilli in it – however it isn’t listed on the ingredients.
One of the best hazy IPAs available at the moment!
